First Floor Group (FFG) has been a key partner in supporting the East Bay College Agile Network (EBCAN), an innovative initiative focused on increasing college completion, improving transfer rates, and narrowing the equity gap across the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District and California State University East Bay. EBCAN’s mission of streamlining pathways and reducing transfer barriers aligns with our passion for fostering educational equity and economic mobility for all students.

Our team at FFG collaborated closely with EBCAN to deliver a range of impactful creative services. We developed newsletters, designed presentation decks, and produced dynamic photoshoots across the campuses, capturing the energy of both students and faculty. Additionally, we created a series of mini-documentary videos featuring interviews with faculty, administrators, and students, showcasing the initiative’s transformative work.

Beyond digital content, we also designed flyers, invitations, and infographics to visually communicate EBCAN’s mission and progress, ensuring that their messaging is clear, compelling, and accessible.
